We had the pleasure of working with Drew on-and-off over the course of ~2 years while searching for a home in Anchorage, Alaska. He was extremely responsive, invested, and proactive throughout the entire process. Even during down-time when we weren't actively looking at houses, he was still emailing us with market updates, information, and listings that he thought we would enjoy. This realtor will treat you more like family then a client. During our purchasing process my wife and I went through a really rough patch and nearly divorced, and for as twisty twervy as our purchasing experience was, Brittainy remained patient, understanding and always ensured that all was being handled. Not only this however, additionally my purchasing experience was definitely more challenging than most because I moved to Washington from California during this process, purchasing our property sight (mostly) unseen (fun note, she even met with me during a VERY spontaneous flight up to see the house and bought me lunch) and my financial situation had to have made the process that much more difficult because we moved up with my job being a contract position that's paid partially in per deim, therefore more difficult to substantiate to underwriting, and still managed to secure contact with the right individuals who knew how to handle that.
